Tentative itinerary
Day 1 (Lunch)
Meet
upon arrival and proceed for half day Kuching City Tour, visiting
places of interest such as Colonial Court House, Astana (palace), Clock
Tower, Charles Brooke Monument, Sarawak Museum, Cat Museum, City
Mosque, Kuching Waterfront, Chinese Temple, City Tower and the finale
being a photo taking session in front of the Giant Cat Monument.
Lunch at a local restaurant. After tour, transfer to hotel for
check in.
Day 2 (Breakfast / Lunch)
After breakfast at hotel, visit to the border market of Serikin (Open weekend only) for shopping. Things of interest
includes batik, rattan mat (tikar), handicrafts and foodstuffs such as
keropok, dried prawn, etc. Late lunch at Bau town food centre or
local restaurant at Kuching. After lunch, proceed for shopping at
local product/handicraft shop, pottery factory and Satok market for the
famous salted fish, Ikan Terubuk masin.
Day 3 (Breakfast)
After breakfast, free at leisure till time for transfer to airport for flight home
